Gemma Boyle and Aoifé McColgan join the Corporate & Commercial Team

Caldwell & Robinson Solicitors are delighted to announce the addition of Gemma Boyle and Aoifé McColgan to the Corporate & Commercial Law team.

Gemma trained and worked with an international commercial law firm for nine years and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales in 2019. She has extensive experience and knowledge in corporate structuring and share disposals and acquisitions, and joins the firm in our Derry office.

Aoifé successfully completed her Traineeship with Caldwell & Robinson, attaining a Distinction of Professional Legal Studies. She will work in both the Corporate & Commercial and Dispute Resolution teams.
