Clare McEleney accredited to the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s Children Order Panel

Clare McEleney, Solicitor in our Derry office, has been accredited to the Law Society of Northern Ireland's Children Order Panel. This panel consists of family lawyers who have undertaken specialist training and examination on the Order, and who have proven their expertise and experience in Family and Child Law.

Clare specialises in both private and public family law proceedings — she has experience in assisting parents to make applications for contact, residence, and specific issue orders, and has expertise in representing parents in all proceedings where social services are involved.
