David joined Caldwell & Robinson in 2024 and is based in our Derry-Londonderry office.

David grew up in Ballymoney, County Antrim and studied Law at Cambridge University, graduating in 2006.  He qualified as a Northern Irish solicitor in 2009 and worked from then until 2024 in Derry where he carried out a wide variety of property and private client work before joining Caldwell & Robinson.

David’s main areas of practice are residential conveyancing, wills and probate.  He also advises in relation to sales, purchases, transfers and leases of commercial property and agricultural land.
